Are you frustrated, stressed and exhausted with the situations that face you at home?
Are you getting the feeling that you are just not getting through to your teenagers anymore? In fact, you’re not even sure they are still listening!
Do you just wish they would do things without you having to scream?
Are you ready for everyday solutions that will ease the stress in your home, put you back in charge, building a great relationship with your teen to boot?
Parenting is a difficult job, it is like Lisa said to me before she became a client, “I am busy, I don’t have time for my daughter, and she just will not do anything I say, she looks at me like she hates me. Everything is a battle and some of the things she says to me. …Well I would never have said anything like that to my Mother. I don’t even think she likes me. I don’t know how to put this right.”
I nodded; after all, I have heard the same sort of exhaustion, helplessness and resentment from so many parents just like Lisa.
As parents, we are bombarded with information and we are left with all sorts of questions like:
How do I know if I am doing too much for my teenager?
What should I do when my teenager just will not do anything to help?
How can I still have an impact on their lives, yet not interfere?
Is it possible to motivate my teenager without pushing them too much?
What should I do when they talk to me in a really awful and hurtful way?
I want to help you answer these and other questions.
I can show you how to put simple, everyday strategies in place that will allow the things that need to be done, get done without you screaming or losing your mind, and you will be able to build a great relationship with your teenager at the same time.
I want your home to be a pleasant peaceful and enjoyable place for you all to be and I know that you can make this happen.

My daughter is back at school
"I just wanted to let you know that things with my daughter have now improved so much. She went back to School last September and I am so grateful for the advice and support I received from your website. I don't know if you remember me, but my daughter refused to go to school for several months for no apparent reason. She still has her moments... but then she is a teenager. I have changed a lot too and am more calm, persistent and consistent in my relationship with her and this seems to have paid off. Very best wishes, Jean.
And as a special bonus you will also get some first aid for parents.
