Sarah's Team
*

My team is made up of people who support me, experts whom I go to for help and advice and coaches whom I refer clients to.

We all have one thing in common and that is our desire to bring hope and belief to the next generation.

Carol Golcher - PA to Sarah Newton -not an easy job!
Carol is likely to be the first person you will have contact with at Sarah Newton Consultancy and On-Line Coaching. She is our Right Hand Man, so to speak. She supports us virtually in whichever way she can; answering calls, e-mails, responding to requests, client management and valuable research. Carol is Director of her own Virtual Assistant Company called Dedicated Business Services.
Carol has an incredible gift of knowing exactly what people need, she shows true compassion for all those she comes in contact with. When you call or e-mail Carol she will always be asking herself "How can I serve this person and grow myself?"
Margaret Hickman- Lead Coach and the most caring person I know.
Margaret comes from a background in NHS management; she has worked in primary care for 15 years and has recently completed a three-year secondment to the Department of Health. Margaret now works for NHS Direct doing service development work. Margaret is also an executive director of a GP out-of-hours provider in north London, Camidoc.

Margaret’s other life is being involved with supporting parents and teenagers to get the most out of their lives. She has been trained and works as a group facilitator for Parentline Plus, a national charity supporting parents in their role. She is being trained by Sarah Newton to provide coaching for parents and teenagers within Sarah’s organisation, and she is just completing an accredited coaching course run by the Coaching Academy. Margaret has a counselling certificate from the University of Bristol.

Margaret has worked with many parents of teenagers. She believes, as taught by Dr Haim Ginott and Dr William Glasser, that there is a direct connection between how teenagers feel and how they behave. As parents there are ways in which we can support and enable our teenagers and ourselves to communicate more effectively so that harmony can be maintained in our homes.

On a personal level, Margaret has one teenage son. She is involved in her local community campaigning for improved education and health services.
Dan Lee - General Good Bloke
Dan comes from a background of Corporate Project Management in blue chip organizations in Australia and the UK over the last 15 years. He is a director of Sarah Newton On-line Ltd and Business Manager for Sarah.

Dan is a member of the International Coaching Federation and Coachville. He gained his professional coaching qualification via the Sportsmind Institute of Australia, is also a certified Parent and Teen Coach with the Parent as Coach Academy and Certified NLP Master Practitioner.

On a personal level, Dan is Dad to two daughters, moved to the UK in 2001 (from Australia) and currently holds the rank of 1st Dan, Shidoin-ho (instructor) in Kusano Ha Shito Ryu Karate. He has a couple of blogs called 'Thinking Body, Dancing Mind' and 'Just a Bloke' where he gets a chance to just ramble !!!
