1. Sarah’s first ever full-time job was in Disney World Florida, where she spent 1 year as an English Bar Wench.

2. Sarah worked part time in a fish and chip shop and even packed freezers at Asda for a while.

3. Sarah spent 4 years at Catering College and is, among other things, a trained chef.

4. Sarah first child is named after a place she visited in Canada while pregnant.

5. Sarah’s second child has the same name as Monty Don’s child Freya; she saw her on This Morning and fell in love with the name.

6. Sarah was in the top 1% of the country when she passed her Police Sergeants exam.

7. One of Sarah dreams is to have her own authentic Tiki Cocktail Bar.

8. Sarah’s husband has a quiff and drives around in a very old car.

9. Sarah can jive really well and spends lots of time at 1940’s/50’s rhythm ‘n’ blues events.

10. Sarah still has a teddy on her bed that was bought for her 21st birthday. It is a massive Fievel Mousekewitz from an American Tail.
