My business Sarah Newton Consulting (founded in 2002) was set up to help parents and teenagers deal with such issues in empowering and inspiring ways. I have developed various programmes and products that deal with common issues as well as individually tailored coaching programmes. My coaches deliver these programmes with passion an enthusiasm helping you address the issues of the teenage years and ease the stress of family life.

My Consultancy enjoys an international profile and international client base. Recently, the "My Teens a Nightmare" series has been sold for TV airing in the Netherlands, Belgium and New Zealand to name but a few .
My first book, " Help! My Teenager is an Alien - the everyday situation guide for parents" was launched in March 2007 and rarely drops out of the top ten parenting teenager books. I have just learnt that my book is to be translated into Polish which is great news however, I am slightly nervous that my strange sense of humour will not translate so well. :-)
My work is based on the premise that the teenage years can be enjoyable and that every parent wants the best relationship they can have with their teenager
